By Abdul Wahab

Popular Fuji Maestro, Alhaji Saheed Osupa's properties were last week carted away by court bailiffs of the Lagos State High court over breach of a contract.

Osupa's problem started in 2009 when he was contracted and paid more than N1million to perform took a social function by one popular Ijebu- Ode, Ogun State businessman and socialite, Agbomeji Adekunle and failed to honour his promise.

After several efforts by the contractor to persuade the musician to return the money he collected failed, he was dragged before an Ijebu- Ode High court for breach of contract.

As the year rolled by the court eventually gave a judgement in the suit early this year where he was ordered to pay damages of N5million and an additional N20, 00020 as cost to the applicant. Subsequently upon the judgement of the court and matter registered in Lagos, the order was effected last Friday at his house located at Maurice Nwoku close, in Ajao estate, Lagos.

Effort to track Osupa at home failed as the bailiff only met his pregnant wife, who pleaded with the court official to spare their properties.

At the end of the day the bailiff made away with his metallic blue color Lexus jeep x300 with the plate number CF 328 SR.

However so much still awaits him as the car value isn't up to the N5million he is expected to pay as damages to the business man
