Basketmouth One of Nigeria's top comedians, Basketmouth, has hinted that while it is not easy satisfying comedy lovers at shows, he will go a long way to satisfy his fans.

The popular comic, whose real name is Bright Okpocha, disclosed this while speaking on his career. “I am extremely dogged when it comes to satisfying the audience, but this does not mean it is easy, but you know one's dreams have a way of pushing you to achieving the best which basically is the secret behind all I do”.

Come May 27, 2011, Basketmouth will be cracking his fans' ribs in far away Hammersmith Apollo, London. 'M&M' was reliably informed that the show will also feature British comedians Julius Callahan and Kevin J as well as Nigeria's Gordons and Nkem Owoh. 'M&M' also learnt that starting from June 2011, Basketmouth's monthly comedy show, 'Laffs 'n' Jamz' will be hosted every last Saturday of the month at the Fantasyland in Ikoyi. And as an added value to fans, the comedy gig will now periodically feature foreign comedians and musicians.
