Martins Okechukwu Joshua foray into music industry started when he produced patty obasi of the Nwa mammy water fame, one of the most successful gospel musician in the Eastern part of the country then, before he finally got his major break through from co-producing P-square game over album in 2007, after which he released a monster hit single (Good or bad) featuring Timaya that top charts and won him best collaboration song at the Hiphop Awards2009. And ever since then, his signature tunes could be traceable in the music of Timaya, Bracket and Congolese international musician Fally ipupa.

He explained on how he started his musical career, actually my mum was a choir mistress, so I think the seven of us caught the singing bug from her. I'm the third in the row and the second son. I took to playing musical instrument and got into production while in secondary school in Onitsha, along the line, I got admitted to study mass communication at the institute of management and technology (IMT) and during my stay in school, I formed my own production called Glorious praise, A production studio set up to produce music solely for Gospel Singers.

He also explained the challenges he faced while growing up and how is ex military father shot at him once, because he could not come to terms with a son joining the train of lay about as musician, as they were seen in the past. But today, his behind me and given all the moral support I needed.

He further explain the reason why people don't get to see him frequently at public functions, I'm not always around, I have many concerts that am billed to perform, in fact last year alone, I toured over 78 countries.

He frown at some of his colleague who go to perform at mushroom shows and clubs in Europe saying is not helping the industry.
