The Nollywood movie "Champions of Our Time" by Mak Kusare received the Special Jury Prize for a fictional TV / Video at the 22nd edition of Pan African Film Festival of Ouagadougou (FESPACO). The prize is worth one million CFA francs plus a trophy.

The movie competed in the 24 film-strong TV and video films category which included “The Figurine” by Kunle Afolayan.
