HOLY MALLAM SUES NIRA Audio Visual Limited
Ace comedian, Holy Mallam has called Nira Records into a legal over a breach of agreement. Holy Mallam through his lawyer claims that the international company did not comply with statutory laws regulating the guiding replication of literary works.
Holy Mallam also claims that the foreign company thatn was licenced ND REGISTERED BY THE Nigerian Copyright Commission breached contract by delivering the work it was contracted to do 14 days after due delivery date and in the middle of the road and also infringed on copyright and destroyed public image that led to loss of Goodwill.
To right the wrong, Holly Mallam is demanding a sum of 10 million naira from Nira Audio Visuals and in the case where the audio-visual company refuses to obey.
