It looked as if ibinabo was not going to have her way earlier in the day when the prosecution lawyer was already winning his argument that ibinabo could jump bail or that the baby's father could also take the baby for treatment and the fact that ibinabo did not produce a medical report.

Ibinabo dressed in black, was granted the permission but she has to provide a surety with a property in either Lekki,ikeja or ikoyi. it will be recalled that ibinabo has had isssues since she hit the car of a lagos doctor in which the doctor died.
