Bimbo Ademoye Expreses Concern Over Recent Oyo Abductions, Calls For Solutions
Nollywood actress and producer Bimbo Ademoye has expressed concern over the recent abductions of students, parents and teachers in Oyo State.
Recall that social media has been on fire following the news of the abductions of some students, parents and teachers in Oyo state.
The tragic incident was further compounded by the gruesome slaughter of a Mathematics teacher in Oyo State, identified as Michael Oyedokun.
Lending her voice to the consistent cry for solution by celebrities and Nigerians, Bimbo Ademoye shared the graphics detailing the number of abductees.
According to her, the sight of those kidnapped touched her, leaving her wondering what can be done. She stressed that posting on social media alone is tiresome as it seems not to yield any positive results in cases like this.
She further made a passionate appeal to her Maker, urging Him to come through for those in captivity.
She wrote: "I have a 7 year old nephew and I can't imagine him being taken away. Seeing the babies with cane marks on their backs dug a very deep painful hole in my heart. It's so many negative news going round these past few days that I almost forget to celebrate the good ones I'm getting. I'm tired of posting and then everything dies down in a week or 2 and ends up as a hashtag. What exactly is being done! Even me as a person what can I possibly do? Dear God, pls don't give up on us. At least not yet. We need you now more than ever."
