My Heart Prays For Him – Actress Habibat Jinad Praises Odunlade Adekola Over Kind Gesture 

Nollywood actress Habibat Jinad, has expressed her heartfelt appreciation to her senior colleague, Odunlade Adekola, over his previous kind gesture.

Speaking in a recent interview with Jeff Omolewa TV, the Yoruba movie star recounted how the Odunlade Adekola accepted the sum of N130,000 to feature in her movie, and delivered his scene well.

She, however, noted that another actor, who became aware of the actor's appearance on the same set became angry and demanded for full balance before he would shoot another scene.

Habibat revealed that it was a challenging moment for her, until Odunlade Adekola approached her upon noticing her countenance, and gifted her N20,000 for her troubles, an act she continually counts as a good deed.

She wrote: "I begged Odunlade to accept N130,000 from me to star in my movie. He accepted it, and when we got to the location, we acted out a scene, and he left. Another actor, when he came on set and heard that I had done a scene with Odunlade, changed his behaviour towards me. Someone I had already paid N80,000 changed his behaviour and started asking for his balance before he could shoot another scene. The actor drove off, and I had to pursue his car while pleading with him. I can’t forget it.

All of these built me and made me stronger as a producer.

When I got to set the next day, I was moody, and Odunlade asked what had happened, and I told him about my financial challenge. To my surprise, he gave me N20,000 without asking for a return.
