If He Wants To Come To My House, He Has To Pay The Bride Price – Actress Laide Bakare Reveals Her Relationship Rules

Nollywood actress Laide Bakare, has shared the rules that guides her relationship with any man.

The Yoruba movie star offered insights into her personal love life, in a recent interview with her colleague Ayo Adesanya, she surmised that no man has the permission to visit her house, until they are hitched maritally.

According to Laide, she doesn't love, but likes, appreciates and respect her man, adding that their relationship can only take place in the man's house, and not her house, until the bride price obligation has been met.

She said: "No man can come to my house until we are married. I don’t love o, let’s leave love aside. I like, I appreciate and respect, but I don’t like love. We will do anything in his house, but if he wants to come to my house, he should pay the bride price. He is the man; he should be responsible. He should come and carry me to his house. How can you be coming to my house and not putting a ring on it? It is better for me to hang my clothes in your house than for you to hang your clothes in my house."
