We Need To Protect Ourselves – VeryDarkMan Clamours On Nigerians, Following Recent Jos killings 

Self-acclaimed activist Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, has expressed his pain over the recent Jos killings.

Recall that many Nigerians were aggrieved following the news and video of suspected Fulani gunmen opening fire on a community in Angwa Rukuba, Jos, on Palm Sunday, leading to the death of many.

In a video posted on social media, VDM described the state of Nigeria as one where nothing is certain anymore, and death can occur to anyone at anytime.

According to him, he visited the scene of the attack on the 30th, and the corpses were already decomposing. He urged Nigerians to embrace protection of themselves, hinting at a possible reoccurrence of such attacks on the day of Easter.

"Living in Nigeria right now means you are one event away from making it to the news with an RIP Tag on your picture because we don’t know where these people will attack next

The attack happened on the 29th, and I was there on the 30th. The corpses were already bloated and smelling. At this point, I don’t care if the DSS comes for me. Don’t listen to the government anymore. We need to protect ourselves. We are at war in Nigeria. These people might attack again on Easter Day.”
