Bobrisky Urges Fans Of Funke Akindele And Toyin Abraham To Apply Neutrality Following The Actresses Ruckus
Controversial crossdresser Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, has broken his silence on the recent ruckus between Nollywood heavyweights, Toyin Abraham and Funke Akindele.
Recall that The Nigerian Voice reported that during the premiere of Iyabo Ojo's 'The Return of Arinzo' on Sunday, March 29, a viral clip showcased Toyin Abraham coming in to greet her colleagues including Iyabo Ojo and Mercy Aigbe, who were seated on the same table with Funke Akindele; however, the box office queen blatantly ignored Toyin's greetings.
Reacting to the social media drama that has ensued since the incident, Bobrisky in a video on social media, acknowledged the fans of both parties, urging them to apply neutrality over the scuffle between their favourites, since they have no understanding of what went wrong behind the scenes.
He stated that the industry is filled with fake individuals, noting how he only rolls with a few like Mercy Aigbe and Omoborty, however, he avoids their parties or events.
"I know many of you are fans, and everyone has their favourites. But when you see one of your favourites having issues with another, don’t rush to support one side. Stay neutral—you don’t know what really happened behind the scenes.
That industry? I don’t have friends there. I may have a few sisters, like Mercy Aigbe and Omoborty, but you will never see me going to their parties or events like that, because the industry is too fake."
