Faithia Williams Urges Mother To Rest Well, Following Burial

Nollywood actress Faithia Williams has made her first tribute post to her mother, following her burial.

The Nigerian Voice recalls that Faithia Williams broke the news of her mother's death on social media, revealing that she died on February 7, the eve of her birthday celebration on Sunday. The actress expressed grief, noting how the sad news was "cruelly" kept away from her, and she is still struggling to come to terms with it.

The burial of her mother took place on Saturday, March 7, with colleagues in attendance, as they honoured the legacy of Williams' mother.

Making her first post since the burial, Faithia Williams stated that her mother has now gone to rest, urging her to rest well.

She wrote: "My mother has finally gone to rest, IYAMI OWON, sun ree ooo."
