Saidi Balogun Mourns Death Of Faithia Williams' Mother 

Nollywood actor, Saidi Balogun, has joined his ex-wife, Faithia Williams, in morning the death of her mother.

The Nigerian Voice recalls that Faithia Williams broke the news of her mother's death on social media, revealing that she died on the eve of her birthday celebration on Sunday. The actress expressed grief, noting how the sad news was "cruelly" kept away from her, and she is still struggling to come to terms with it.

Commiserating with his ex-wife, Saidi Balogun shared a photo of the deceased on his Instagram page, noting how the death of good people hits deeply when they pass.

He described his former mother-in-law as a wonderful mother and a fantastic grandmother. He also expressed optimism that she is definitely going to make heaven.

He wrote: "Sometimes, it feels like good people will live forever, so it cuts deeply when they pass. You were a wonderful MOTHER and a fantastic grandmother! One thing i am sure of is that you will go to Heaven insha Allah. Rest well, sweet mother."
