Comedian Princess Affirms Single Status, Calls On Nigerian Pastors To Connect Her With Men In Their Church 

In a surprising and bold move, Nigerian comedian, Damilola Adekoya, professionally known as Princess, has called out Nigerian pastors over her single status.

The comedian, in a now-viral video on her Instagram page called out clergymen including Jerry Eze, Bolaji Idowu, and Femi Lazarus, amongst others, citing how they have on several occasions emphasized the importance of praying, fasting, and backing it up with action.

She asserted that she has listened to their preaching, and is now taking the action of speaking out. Princess stated that she is tired of her single status, and in need of a kind and responsible man to marry in 2026.

Sharing her type of men, she revealed that they have to be good men, who are in their 40s or 50s; they could even be widowers or divorcees, but not separated. She appealed to the clergymen to send the handles of the men who fit into her description to her DM.

Emphasizing her proclamation, she stressed that she has taken the bold step, and expects to be engaged by September.

She wrote: "Nigerian Pastors like Jerry Eze, Bolaji Idowu, Femi Lazarus, etc, always preach that we should pray, fast and back it up with action.

I have prayed, and now I am taking action by speaking out. I need a kind and responsible man to marry. I am tired. I must be married in 2026
