‎Veteran Actor, Baba Gebu Passes On

It is a dark time for thr Nollywood industry, particularly the Yoruba movie industry, following the death of veteran actor, Oyewole Olowomojuore, better known as Baba Gebu.

The demise of the veteran star was made public by movie star, Kunle Afod, who expressed his sadness over the death of the actor.

According to him, Baba Gebu gave up the ghost after a brief illness. He prayed for the soul of the late actor to rest in peace.

He wrote: "It saddens my heart as I announce the passing of our great legend, a great actor who passed away after a brief illness. BABA GEBU, may your soul rest in peace."

Baba Gebu 's death has drawn numerous condolence messages from his colleagues in the Yoruba movie industry.
