‎Grateful Beyond Words - Funke Akindele Excited Over Success Of Mr Oluyemi's Kidney Transplant

Popular Nollywood actress and box-office queen, Funke Akindele, has expressed her joy over the news of the success of Mr Oluyemi's kidney transplant.

Recall that Funke, had in August 2025, posted a public appeal for donations, stating that Mr. Oluyemi needed ₦26 million for kidney transplant surgery.

The movie star, via her Instagram page on Sunday, shared a video of Mr Oluyemi, revealing her joy and gratitude for the success of his surgery.

She also appreciated the public for the support in making it a reality, praying that God bless them abundantly.

She wrote: "Grateful beyond words!!! I'm overwhelmed with joy and gratitude as I share the good news that our Mr Olayemi's kidney transplant surgery was a success! Thank you for your generosity and kindness.

Thanks to your support, we were able to raise the funds needed for his life-saving surgery. I'm thrilled to report that he's recovering well and doing fine.

To everyone who contributed, shared, and prayed for him, I appreciate you all. May God bless you abundantly!
