‎These Past Few Days Have Been Dark - Woli Arole Urges Public To Cry For Mercy Over Creative And Film Industry

Popular Nollywood actor-turned-pastor, Bayegun Oluwatoyin, better known as Woli Arole, has called on the public to intensify the prayers of mercy over the creative and film industry.

The outspoken cleric took to his Instagram page to plead for mercy over the entertainment industry, particularly the Nollywood and the creative sector.

He further sympathised with those who have lost their loved ones, praying that God comforts them.

He added that the last few days have been dark, urging the public to plead for mercy.

He wrote: "Father Lord I pray for your MERCY on the creative and film industry in Nigeria. My sincere condolences to families that have lost loved ones. Comfort them Oh Lord. These part few days has been DARK. Oh Lord your MERCY. Can you shout "Mercy Oh Lord."

The Nigerian Voice recalls that Woli Arole, had some weeks ago, urged the public to pray against death in the Nollywood and entertainment industry.

The actor's latest emphasis on the prayer is due to the recent death of veteran actress Peju Ogunmola's son, and comedian Sanku Comedy.
