‎He Slumped In The Bathroom - Seun Oloketuyi Reveals How Actor Segun Remi Died

Popular Nigerian filmmaker, Seun Oloketuyi, has shed more light on the cause of veteran actor Segun Remi's death.

The Nigerian Voice recalls that Seun Oloketuyi announced via his Instagram page on Friday, August 15, that veteran actor Segun Remi, aka, Chief Kanran, is dead.

Taking to his Instagram page hours after announcing the veteran's death, Seun explained that the actor died after slumping in the bathroom, and gave up the ghost immediately.

He further revealed that he got the information from close family sources that the veteran actor who was 62 years old, would have clocked 63 next month, adding that he will be buried next month.

He wrote: "How Chief kanran died Segun Remi this afternoon slumped in the bathroom and died instantly. Close family sources confirm to us that Chief kanran who was 62 and would have been 63 next month will be buried next month.

He was said to be managing HBP. His death in his residence, Meran has shocked many because he was active. In fact, he still granted interview last week."
