Veteran Actor Segun Remi Is Dead

The Nollywood industry, particularly the Yoruba movie industry, has been thrown into a mourning mood, over the death of veteran actor, Segun Remi, popularly known as Chief Kanran.

The news of the veteran's death was disclosed to the public by filmmaker and founder of Best of Nollywood Awards, Seun Oloketuyi, via his Instagram page.

Based on numerous reports, the late actor gave up the ghost on Friday morning, August 15th.

At the time of writing, further information about the actor's death is unknown.
