‎It's Easier For Me Being A Music Executive Than An Artiste - Olamide Reveals

Popular Nigerian rapper and music executive, Olamide, has revealed that it is easier for him to be a music executive than an artiste.

Explaining the reason for his claim, the YBNL record label boss, stated that he is an artiste himself, and he understands the needs of creatives.

Speaking during a recent interview with popular YouTuber, Korty EO, the award-winning rapper shared that he has a first-hand experience of being an artiste, noting that he is aware of everything artistes face, and the pressure that comes with fame.

He said: "It’s way much easier for me being a music executive than an artist because I’m an artist so I’ve an understanding of the needs of creatives.

“I know the way we think, I know the way we see things. I know when we are in an element. I know when we want to run mad. I know when we are getting high on our supply. I know when we are getting high on the fame, life, money and success. So, it’s easier for me to deal with creatives. I try not to bite more than I can chew."
