B-Red Seeks To Support Up-and-coming Artiste With N50 Million
Nigerian singer, Adebayo Adeleke, popularly known as B-Red, has revealed his intention to sign an up-and-coming artiste to his record label.
The son of the governor of Osun State Ademola Adeleke, sparked numerous conversations on the popular microblogging platform X formerly known as Twitter, with his request to sign a dope artiste to his record label.
He explained that he is ready to spend N50 Million Naira on the artiste in 8 months, adding that the artiste must be a dope artiste.
"Looking for a dope artist to sign to my record label @rednationmusic I have 50 million Naira to spend on you in 8 months..tag a dope artist.
B-Red's post initially sparked questions among netizens, who were skeptical at the amount of money he wanted to spend, with many citing the recent brouhaha involving record labels and artistes.
Clarifying the air, and downplaying fears, the cousin of Afrobeats star Davido, in a follow-up post, revealed that he simply just wants to help the artiste, adding that he needs nothing in return.
He wrote: "And this is just to help someone, I don’t want anything in return…."
