‎Popular Nollywood actress and filmmaker Funke Akindele has called on the public to support Testimony, a kidney disease patient in urgent need of a life-saving transplant.

‎On Wednesday, Akindele shared a video on her Snapchat page via Instagram, asking fans to disclose their current activities and stressing the need for honesty, as she would request evidence. While many commented about their jobs, one fan’s response stood out: "talking to my prospects for their insurance and properties they showed interest in. Doing all these to raise funds for my sister's kidney transplant and weekly dialysis."

‎The box-office queen reached out to the fan, verified the claim, and donated ₦1 million. She then took to Instagram to urge the public to contribute any amount possible, captioning the video:
