‎People Don't Fear God , But They Fear Pastors And Imams - Deji Adeyanju

‎Popular human rights lawyer Deji Adeyanju, has expressed his displeasure at how Nigerians worship their religious leaders more than God.

‎ ‎Taking to his X handle in the early hours of today, he stated that if Nigerians truly worship God the way they worship their religious leaders, Nigeria would have been great.

‎ ‎He stressed how many Nigerians don't fear God, but respect their religious leaders, attributing it to the increase in cheating and scam across the country.

‎ ‎Deji Adeyanju wrote on X: ‎"If Nigerians truly worship God the way they worship their pastors and Imams, this country would be great. Ours is a nation where people don’t fear God but they fear pastors and Imams. A so called religious nation where corruption, cheating and scam is a way of life."
