8 Billion Spotify Streams: Wizkid Becomes First African Act To Reach Milestone

Afrobeats star, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, has become the first African artiste to garner over eight billion Spotify streams.

The song which holds the most stream for the singer is One Dance, which he featured a Canadian rapper, Drake. The song has accumulated a whopping 2 billion streams.

In addition, the singer's Made in Lagos (Deluxe Edition) album has garnered close to 1 billion streams, which places it as one of the singer's top songs.
