Tyla Wins Big At MTV EMA Awards

Popular singer and Grammys Awards winner, Tyla, has emerged victorious at the MTV EMA Awards.

The award ceremony which took place on Sunday, November 10, in Manchester, England, saw the South African singer win the 'Best Afrobeats, Best R&B, and Best African act.

The 'Water' crooner appreciated her fans and family for voting for her in order to win the awards.

During her appreciation message, Tyla said:
"O my gosh! I can't believe it. Literally all the nominees are insane. They literally have taken Afrobeats so far, and I'm so honoured to be winning this award. It is insane , but I just want to thank my team, my family, The Tigers for voting for me. Thank you so much. Thank you to God obviously, and thank you to afrobeats.yku know Afrobeats has opened so many doors for African music, so thank you so much Afrobeats."
