Wizkid Shades Davido In Successive Tweets On X

The feud between Afrobeats stars Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, best known as Wizkid and David Adeleke, best known as Davido, has been further ignited by Wizkid in a series of tweets on his X handle.

Recall that Wizkid shaded Davido some months ago over a video of the singer begging for a model for sex, which led to a fierce online banter between the duo. The online ruckus extended to the fans of the singers and it took a while before it ended.

However, Wizkid in a series of tweets on the 1st of October 2024 has ignited an old rivalry by taking to his official X handle to throw shades at Davido.

Wizkid's tweet sparked debate on X handle, as many of his fans stood with him, while fans of Davido argued that the singer always shades Davido anytime he is about to drop a song.

Critics like Daniel Regha and Honour Orietan also shaded Wizkid for trolling Davido.
