Nationwide Protest: Verydarkman Hits Back At President Tinubu's Daughter Over Telling Nigerians Not To Protest

Popular controversial social media activist, Martin Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, has hit back at President Tinubu's daughter, Folashade Tinubu over dissuading Nigerians from protesting.

Recall that many Nigerians are aggrieved with the current economic situation and bad governance, and to this effect, a nationwide strike has been scheduled from August 1st to 10th to address the issue in order to force the government to look into the complaints.

Surprisingly, much to the dismay of many aggrieved Nigerians, Folashade Tinubu, has appealed to Nigerians to dissuade the idea of a protest and let her father spend up to three years in office before they can sum up his administration.

Displeased with President Tinubu's daughter's claim is VeryDarkMan, who hit back at her for ignoring the hardship that has plunged the nation, which is a major influence for the protest.

Speaking further, he stated that President Tinubu's first year is the worst in the history of Presidents in Nigeria and this has singlehandedly hit on Nigerians, as they cannot endure the severe hardship.

Touching on the planned protest, he advised Folashade Tinubu to warn her Dad about Nigerians hardhip; he further cited how President Tinubu led Nigerians to protest against fuel hike during President Goodluck Jonathan's administration, so now that her father is in power and the same issue is occuring, Nigerians have to protest.

Concluding, he admonished Nigerians to ensure a peaceful protest devoid of violence and looting.

According to the trending video, VeryDarkMan could be heard saying;

“Did you realize that people will not be complaining if your father’s first year in office was not the worst in Nigeria’s presidential history?”

Warn your father, tell him that Nigerians are suffering. Talk to Daddy for us. Did you warn your dad when he went to protest against Goodluck Jonathan when he raised the fuel price from N65 to N87? The only thing I won’t approve of is that the protesters are violent. Stand for your rights, Nigerians.

“Protest, but don’t loot. Look at the prices of things. Fuel is N700 plus, and it is still not available. See the queues in gas stations. You can’t increase the price of things, and they will still not be available."
