Nollywood actress, Belinda Effah’s Brother Now Brigadier General

Nollywood actress, Belinda Effah, is currently celebrating her elder brother on his new promotion which is just coming as the year draws to an end.

The actress brother who happens to be a Naval officer, was recently promoted to the rank of Brigadier General.
