Oshoala, Aluko Miss FA Best Player Award

Super Falcons forward, Asisat Oshoala was not listed among the players nominated for the Football Association’s Women’s Player of the Year award. Also missing in the list is Chelsea’s Eniola Aluko.

However, defender Steph Houghton is one of three Manchester City players shortlisted for the Football Association’s Women’s Player of the Year award.

But they are part of England’s World Cup bronze-medal success.
