Information reaching us on the primaries of the Peoples' Democratic Party (PDP)held in Oyo State saw a top actress in the Yoruba movie industry emerge as winner.

The light-skinned script interpreter contested in the Oyo State House of Assembly primaries under PDP and won.

She has thus followed in the footsteps of Desmond Elliot, an actor, who won the APC primary for the Lagos House of Assembly.
