Grammy Award: Burna Boy Achieves Milestone As First African Artiste To Perform Alongside Top Stars At 66th Grammys
Nigerian singer and Afro-fusion star, Damini Ogulu, best known as Burna Boy has acheived another milestone in his music career as he becomes the first African Artiste to perform alongside other top stars at the 66th Grammys.
Grammy's just announced the development this morning. He will join artistes, like American singer Luke Combs and hip-hop star Travis Scott, Billie Eilish, Dua Lipa, and Olivia Rodrigo, who were previously announced.
The last last crooner who won a Grammy award in 2021, is also in line to win more this year as he bagged four nominations this year , which are Best Global Music Album 'I Told Them', Best African Music Performance 'City Boys', Best Global Music Performance 'Alone', and Best Melodic Rap Performance 'Sittin' on Top of the World'.
