Fred Amata might not be gracing our TV screen anymore, but his name cannot be erased from the industry.
He has concentrated more on producing and directing over the years, with a lot of hit movies to his credit.
In a brief chat with Hip TV, the producer and director spoke about the current situation of Nigerian movie industry, describing it as a revolving phenomenon.
The entertainer disclosed that, the industry is not moving backward like many people think, but has improved greatly over the years, whilst they have been able to compete internationally.
He said: “Nollywood is a revolving phenomenon, there is a whole of improvement in the sector, the industry is growing and competing internationally, we are not moving backward.”
