Nonchalant attitude causes woman to be electrocuted
The nonchalant attitude of civilians is becoming alarming. People often wait for the government to do certain things even at the detriment of their lives.
A little boy survived not been electrocuted despite been strapped on the back of his mother who was electrocuted.
The incident allegedly happened while the victim, Yewande Busari, 24, tried crossing the highway road of Oshodi in Lagos, unknown to her there were electrical wires sticking out of a streetlight pole unattended to.
This led to the untimely death of the young lady, and miraculously, her one year old son was unhurt.
One would say those residing in that environment were careless, despite seeing a life threatening wire, but left it unattended to, until it claimed a life.
However, the victim family is said to be crying out to the government for justice, as they claim that the victim was killed by a government property.
