Some Nigerian Artistes feel On Top of The World After Making Money…2face
Hypertek record boss, 2Face Idibia, who has been seen as an icon and one of the lasting hip hop singers in Nigeria, has pointed that artistes fail in their careers because they have the mindset that they are on top of the world the moment they make some money.
The singer while speaking with Vanguard stressed that the 'I don arrive' syndrome is one of the major factor that make artistes fall by the way side and find it difficult to pick up.
The African Queen sensation advised that artistes should never assume they have arrived rather they should keep working on themselves to be better.
“I think it's the 'I don arrive' syndrome that affects artistes who fall along the way. That thing is a major factor. Most times if you check it, it is that syndrome of I have arrived and we have to keep doing it this way, forgetting that you have to keep working on yourself.”
