Nigerian Entertainers Plan Trek to Meet Lagos State Governor
The issue of piracy in Nigeria has become a topic of discuss recently and as the menace continues to eat deeper, various measures are being worked on to see how this menace can be reduced to a minimal level if not totally eradicated.
The Performing Musicians Association of Nigeria (PMAN) in marking this year's world music day in grand style has picked 19th of June 2015, for a 1000 man walk.
According to the President of the association, Pretty Okafor, it is a walk that will help to sensitive the public on how piracy kills the intellectual properties of the people making them happy through entertainment.
The 1000 man walk is set to start by 8a.m from Planet 1 Maryland through to the Lagos state Governor's Office, where the governor is expected to address the entire entertainment industry on his plans for the industry.
