Waje Visits Oba Of Benin

Proud daughter of Edo State, Waje recently paid a courtesy visit to one of Nigeria's prominent and powerful monarchs, the Oba of Benin, O mo N'Oba N'edo, Uku Akpolokpolo, Oba Erediauwa at his palace in the ancient city.

The Glo ambassador and talented singer visited the Oba, who recently added another year and she sang a birthday song to the listening ears of the traditional ruler.

The king prayed for the singer and presented a gift to Waje.

Waje gradually gained the consciousness of some music lovers when she was featured in P-Square's 'Do Me' smashing hit single.
