Late Muna Obiekwe To Be Buried February 3, Candlelight Holds Sunday
The Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) has released details of activities to be held in honour of late Nollywood star, Muna Obiekwe, who died some days ago in Lagos after suffering from a kidney related disease.
In a statement released and signed by the AGN president, Ibinabo Fiberesima, it was disclosed that the remains of the light skinned actor would be laid to rest on Tuesday, February 3, 2015.
He will be buried at Umudioka in Anambra State and several movie stars are expected to be at the event to pay their last respect for their departed colleague.
Meanwhile, a candlelight procession will be held in Lagos on Sunday, February 1, 2015. It was revealed that the meeting point for the occasion is the Marshall Roundabout in Surulere by 4pm and will end at the popular Ojez Restaurant inside the National Stadium.
